Today’s inspiring word is on self-pity. We all need to vent at some point in our lives, we need to communicate our feelings and let it all out sometimes. We all feel down, depressed, and out of it sometimes. However, at what point does this get out of hand? Today, try not to complain by staying away from feeling sorry for yourself.   1. Your post gave me a giggle, and a great reason to check myself and hear if I was whining inside or out. Not everyone whines to the world, but they sure cut lose in their head. I’m’ not much of a whiner because I like to use my Energy wisely. That isn’t the way to do it. How do I keep from whining? I live the life I love at least %80 percent of the time. The other I give over to living on this planet, and having to deal. I also prefer to keep myself in service to others that truly have something they could be whining about, but aren’t. Example: Persons with some form of dementia.
